We have a constant flow of new candidates and new vacancies coming in on a daily and weekly basis. Vacancies come from a variety of long established clients and new clients, some of which are immediate urgent requirements and others can be slower burns.
Similarly some of our candidates are proactively looking to move and others are happy to wait for the right role for what can be weeks, months or even years. Our extensive network of candidates come from many different sources, such as online databases, our in-house database, via referral, advert and head hunting.
We take an accurate brief from our clients and after a full search and selection process, benchmark all candidates who are interested in the role on offer. Every candidate is contacted and informed about the role prior to being sent as a potential applicant.
We undergo a full interview with every candidate which checks for accuracy of information; enables us to understand their job history, their experience in detail and their moves; their achievements, strengths and weaknesses and motivators; their current wants and needs, short to mid-term ambitions and their ultimate goals. With this detailed information in hand, we are able to accurately match suitable roles and continue to refine our search for the candidate on an ongoing basis until they secure the job that they want.
