Customer Care Advisor

A well-known kitchen furniture manufacturer are looking for a customer care advisor to join their team. The role aims to build relationships within their customer bases of housing developers. Primarily you will be managing all aspects of development guarantee claims and ensuring a smooth process until resolution.

Role Responsibilities

* Logging guarantee claims into the system correctly
* Ensure information from developers is accurate
* Allocate appointments to the Contract managers and work with occupiers/developers to manage timeframes
* Assess and ensure that all guarantee claims raised are within company's guarantee period
* Meet SLAs in regards to guarantees and complaints
* Respond to enquiries in a timely, professional manner
* Make arrangements for replacement products and ensure they meet guidelines

Person Specification
* Must be computer literate. Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc)
* Able to work accurately on own initiative and to tight deadlines.
* Ability to understand and interpret instructions
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Proven track record in complaint handling
* Strong customer service skills
* Good people skills and the ability to maintain strong working relationships across differing functions internal and external

£22,000 rising after probation
