Showing phenomenal growth year on year.
Selling the company's full range of facades, flooring, work surfaces - interior and exterior surface products for use in commercial and residential specification projects.
Selling to Architects, Designers, Developers and Contractors for High Rise, Hotels, Offices, Industrial, Leisure, etc.
Selling cradle to grave, winning the spec and managing the project through to completion - ensuring specifications are maintained and breaking competitor specs at every opportunity.
Applications include - flooring, work surfaces, cladding/facades, shower trays, sinks, and more.
Targeted on various Key Performance Indicators.
Build relationships with key decision makers in the specification sector, keeping them updated about new product releases.
Increase brand awareness and demand with effective positioning, marketing, product education, and enhancing the products competitive differentiation.
Participate in marketing events such as exhibitions, seminars and customer events.
Attitude is key - driven, tenacious, ambitious and assertive.
Honest and reliable. Optimistic and enthusiastic attitude. Motivated to work for the Company.
Someone who's sales strategy is by quality of service and product specs instead of by price.
Someone who prioritises customer care, who is always trying to do the best for the customer.
Figures and goals driven sales person who can work to sales targets; ideally worked to KPIs before. But not someone who is purely sales target and financially driven to the detriment of the others.
Experience of selling to Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, Developers, etc.
Experience of selling cradle to grave, winning the spec and managing the project through to completion.
Experience of maintaining and breaking competitor specs.
Good level of IT skills, ideally with MS Office skills and CRM system experience.
Ability to build value-based relationships with customers.
Strong Administrative Skills.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
Highly Motivated and Enthusiastic to Learn.
Exceptional Communication Skill both Verbal and Written.
Strong Presentation Skills.
