Internal Account Manager - Solihull

Looking for someone who wants a career opportunity within a large corporate organisation.
You should have business to business telephone/remote sales experience.
Superb communication skills over the phone and via email are essential.
You should be a confident and engaging individual who will ensure customers feel valued by providing the highest level of customer experience.
Demanding high standards of yourself, you should have excellent attention to detail.
You should have a passion for sales and developing business.
Experience of working in a regulated industry would be preferred - such as legal, finance, accountancy, automotive.
Strong IT skills including previous CRM use is advantageous.
Is the role right for you?
Internally based role in Solihulll dealing with business customers remotely.
Working as support for a field based sales manager on the assigned geographical area - in terms of managing the accounts, developing new business and administrative duties. Working as a team.
Regular contact with business customers, providing support for existing accounts, including training on systems and products
New business lead generation and appointment setting for the field based sales manager.
Be aware of all industry regulations that define how you and the customers can work and advise accordingly and accurately.
Responsible for maintaining accuracy of information and advise to business customers and on the internal CRM.
Preparation of reports and presentations as required.
Full training will be provided.
How about the package?
Basic salary up to £26,000 + bonus scheme
