Design Consultant - German Kitchens - South East London

Working from a market leading German manufacturer, the role will involve:

Kitchen Designs
The design and order of kitchens both for walk in customers and clients
Meeting with clients and working collaboratively to determine the design goals.
Coordinate colours, materials and lighting for kitchen to achieve design goals.
Produce high quality accurate designs
Produce high res images of each kitchen
Complete pricing and sourcing of appliances and fitting
Book appointments and manage lead times/ delivery dates with our logistics department

Customer Extras
Offer a full customer extra service to our existing customers moving in to our sites across the UK
Liaise and book time to go through customer needs and budget
Plan additional extras
Price up additional work taking into account what is required to achieve the finished design
Take payments over telephone, bank transfer
Manage customer expectations throughout and liaise with internal colleagues on delivery/ fitting

Skillset:
Ideally we would like someone with either extensive Fusion experience and previous experience working with German kitchen products
Design related degree either in interiors or product
Ability to problem solve actively to get the customers their best possible outcome
Great time management for booking appointments

Full training will be provided, Salary will depend on experience
