We are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, to provide a full 360 search and selection service to clients. Someone who is talented at developing Accounts into Key Accounts by providing a top-notch service, meeting deadlines, exceeding targets and over delivering on the expectations of clients and candidates.
For the right person we are able to offer both Work from Home or Office Based options and are happy to discuss working hours if you have other commitments.
Are you right for the role?
You will need to be an experienced talent acquisition specialist / recruitment consultant with a proven track record of sales performance versus target, ideally from recruiting permanent placements.
You should be self-motivated, target driven and be the type of person who is always pushing to be number 1. The type of person who is slightly impatient, wants to get things done immediately (to a high standard) and is dogged and determined to achieve the best results in the quickest time without pushing too hard!
It is essential that you are a confident business developer, as while we are busy and have a well-established key client base, there is a definite need for whoever joins in this role to develop their own strong key client base and relationships.
Our targets are realistic; but the right person for this role will want to push to exceed them significantly.
If you live commutable to Derby, then we can offer office space for you to work from, but if you prefer you can split home/office days. If you live anywhere else, you should have a quiet office space with a reliable broadband connection suitable for VOIP calling.
You must be a very well organised individual, able to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines. You need a high level of administration ability, a client focus and empathy; and should be adept at using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
You must be honest and trustworthy. Both in your commitment to the job and to the clients you work with, by doing all within your ability to meet their requirements when entrusting you with a vacancy to fill.
Is the role right for you?
Established for 16 years, New Line has built its client base by providing the highest levels of service and working as an extension of our client when going to market to provide a fully outsourced recruitment function. We care about our client's success and want to play a key part in that! So it is important that you should want this too.
You will be primarily targeted on sales performance and expected to hit and exceed annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets. Secondarily we operate KPI targets, which are important to achieve and are used to ensure the required levels of activity are being achieved that should lead to a good sales performance.
The role is Monday to Friday, with a degree of flexibility to the hours worked required to achieve sales targets and meet deadlines. We will consider someone looking to work part time hours if they are the right individual.
It is essential that you keep the CRM up to date and that all information you enter is accurate. You must maintain a high level of administration and personal organisation at all times.
Training will take place in Derby or remotely, depending on your experience and circumstances.
How about the package?
Basic salary and On Target Earnings are dependent on ability and experience.
