Is the role right for you?

We are ideally looking for an established, proven, successful recuiter ideally, as we are busy and need someone experienced who can be up and running ASAP!

For an established recruiter used to CRMs, KPIs and sales targets, and who requires minimal start-up trainging and development, there is the potential for the role to be partly based from home. This can be discussed at interview in more detail.

Will also consider the right B2B sales person.

You should have valid reasons for leaving their roles.

You must be a very well organised individual, able to multi-task and prioritise; with a high level of administration ability, customer service and preferably database management skills.

Someone who is confident and resilient, who can take knocks and get straight back up; with a positive outlook, who understands business to business sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Someone who has a good moral ethic, a high level of self-responsibility and who will honour client commitments.
Someone with an assertive nature.

Outgoing, with an excellent telephone manner.

Someone who has proven ability to hit and exceed KPIs and sales targets.

The person needs to be able to account manage effectively and see that a high level of customer service is maintained; that there is effective relationship building with clients and candidates; that there is a quick turnaround on client and candidate response time; that administration and database functions are looked after accurately and to schedule. As these are paramount to success in the role.


Is the role right for you?

Working for a well established Company who have been operating for the last 16 years.
They have a good general reputation in their market place and the majority of business has been grown by recommendation.
High placement rate per vacancy, permanent placement.

You will be working as part of a team, targeted individually on turnover and KPIs, responsible for Account Management and Business Development.
New business will be from specific targeted sectors/accounts.

Providing a full search and selection process provided to all clients, including headhunting, anonymous advertising, job board search and database search.

You will be expected to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and KPI targets; while ensuring the company database is kept up to date and accurate and that all information you enter is accurate. This includes GDPR compliance.

Maintaining a high level of administration and personal organisation at all times.
Honouring your commitment to the clients you work with by doing all within your ability to meet their requirements when entrusting you with a vacancy to fill.
Arrange interviews efficiently and accurately when a client requests them.

Maintaining the integrity and good reputation of the company and do nothing that harms or in any way defames the company, its clients or candidates.

Presentations to clients and visiting relevant industry shows/events may be required.


How about the package?

Basic Salary dependent on experience, circa £20,000-25,000 + commission; on target earnings of +£17,500, uncapped (Bonus % kickers on over target sales)
Commission paid monthly
Monday-Friday job, with 25 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays
