Contract Kitchen Installation Manager - Surrey

Is the role right for you?
Responsible for controlling all aspects of kitchen installations on live sites.
Covering the Surrey area.
Recruiting installers.
Site surveys including checking service positions, photos, delivery access and confirming plots ready for installation.
Managing site plot call-offs, delivery and installations.
Regular site visits and liaising with the site management and offering the specific client a high level of support.
The role is immediately available for the right candidate, with interviews in via ZOOM asap.

Are you right for the role?
Have experience in Installation Management ideally.
Be from a Trade Branch background with management experience.
Be project motivated, not a salesperson.
Deal with Kitchens, Bedrooms or Bathrooms.
Have experience of dealing with the House Builder / Contractor / Developer marketplace.

All 4 of the above are absolute requirements in a suitable applicant.
So, if you match them, then this is a role that you should consider applying for.
The role is field based, so requires you to have a full UK driving licence.
You need to have an understanding of CAD plans, measuring, installation, site procedures and requirements.
Plus be able to use Word, Excel and Outlook on a daily basis; and CRM databases - via mobile access.
