Contract and Retail Kitchen Sales Designer
Location - North Staffs/Cheshire
Why are they thinking about recruiting?
This role is to add a 3rd person to the store, alongside the showroom manager and admin person.
What experience do you need to have?
The person would need to have a mix of Contract and Retail design experience; therefore they can cover when the Showroom Manager is on holiday and pick up extra retail business and at the same time be pushing for contract business, which they are aware can be a slower process than a retail sale. This mix will allow for the person to earn commission more quickly but also develop a profitable long-term pipeline.
Is the role right for you?
Competitive basic salary with an excellent OTE, uncapped commission structure, enhanced holiday pay and a company pension.
Working hours are five days a week including Saturdays and Sundays, although being flexible in accordance with customers would be essential.
