Are you the right fit for the role?
This role requires someone who is already a proven salesperson, someone who knows how to think around problems, find the positives in any situation and always strives to achieve the best performance in a team.
We need you to be a proven performer, who often ends up as the top salesperson in your team; and for you to be able to back this up.
Ideally you have experience of selling into KBB retailers and Builders or Plumbers Merchants.
Looking for someone who has worked for in a b2b field sales role previously, ideally selling a mid to high end product and having sold on quality rather than price; as this is NOT the cheapest product in the marketplace.
If you have sold KBB products before, that would be great (but not essential). The most successful ASM's in the company come from a variety of backgrounds including Telecoms, property and roofing sales!
The person who gets this role needs to have the potential to progress within the Company in a few years' time, so you need to be ambitious and have that extra spark about you that makes you stand out as exceptional.

Does the package meet your requirements?
Basic salary is flexible for the right person. The ballpark figure of £30-40,000.
There is a bonus on top, which depends on performance. This could be up to £20,000; but more likely to be about £10,000 in year 1.
They provide an associated package that is better than most in the sector, in terms of the fully expensed Company Car provided, a better than standard pension. Plus of course the usual items such as phone, laptop, pad, etc.
