Sales Manager - Southern Home Counties

Role
New position, expansion. Current person lives North of London and covers the whole South East + Anglia. They will just concentrate on North London, Northern Home Counties and Anglia area after this role is recruited.
Selling Kitchens to the total market - all distribution channels - franchisees, independents, DIY, etc. Just not the Contract Business, as that has separate salespeople.
Annual Sales target - TBC depending on the exact area given once the person is decided.
No KPIs in place.
Area - Southern Home Counties - London south of the river down to South Coast, across to Hampshire / Berkshire area (some flexibility on this)

Person
Highly motivated - a person driven to achieve the top earnings and to do everything they can to ensure they are successful in the role.

Team player - fit into the team as a character, not an egotistical salesperson that puts themselves ahead of the Company/team.

Kitchens experience - but if a sinks and taps or appliances person, with network of similar customers in the market, then will consider. Maybe already worked with Nobilia in the past.

4 Sales Managers across the UK right now, looking to add 2 more due to success and in the plans.
Europe's number 1 in the Kitchen business.
Will do what it takes to get the BEST person.

Package
Basic - some flexibility is possible
OTE £66-67,000, uncapped, based on other ASM's average earnings. Pay out in Euro, so € 80-85,000
30 days + bank holidays
Company Car - BMW 3 series/ Merc C Class/ VW Passat / Audi A4
Fuel Card - DKV
Plus, expenses for fuel where the fuel cared isn't taken and for anything else
Given a pre-payment float of €2,000
phone + laptop

Interviews
2 stage process
At least 1 stage of which will involve travel to Germany to see the factory
Interview and start ASAP - yes, could make time before Xmas.
