Covering North Wales/Liverpool/Manchester

The Job:
+ Producing specifications for social housing/refurb schemes.
+ Forecasting and developing opportunities to be passed onto the contracts team.
+ Conducting tours on the company's products/services
+ Dealing with new and existing business


The Person:
+ Strong social housing experience
+ An understanding of the KBB market - although experience in KBB is not essential
+ Someone who has an understanding of the tenure process, from specification to costing
