Fire Safety Consultant - Building Envelope - London

The Package:
Basic salary £50- 60,000
OTE Uncapped - c.£85,000
Car allowance
23 days holidays + Bank Holidays
Pension (UK standard)

The person:
Will have some experience in dealing with fire protection or fire prevention
Will have some market exposure to the building envelope - facades, curtain walling etc
Will be happy to represent the company's core ethos and values at all times
Must be confident in dealing at board level with large house builders/facilities companies/others
Must be happy to travel to meet with clients

The role:
Expansion position due to successful growth
Reporting directly to the MD
Providing clients with advice and services concerning Facades and design of the buildings
Most leads provided but some cold calling required
Providing clients with feedback to recommend if changes to cladding/facades are required
Supporting and assisting in developing investigation and remediation strategies across clients' portfolios; looking to take a more holistic/risk-based approach.
