Area Sales Manager - Kitchen Furniture

Are you the right fit for the role?

This role requires someone who is already a proven salesperson, someone who knows how to think around problems, find the positives in any situation and always strives to achieve the best performance in a team.

We need you to be a proven performer, who often ends up as the top salesperson in your team; and for you to be able to back this up.

You should have experience of selling into KBB retailers and Builders Merchants.

Looking for someone who has worked for a manufacturer, selling a mid to high end product and having sold on design and quality rather than price; as this is NOT the cheapest product in the marketplace.

If you have sold kitchen, bedroom or bathroom furniture before, that would be great (but not essential).

The person who gets this role needs to have the potential to progress within the Company in a few years' time, so you need to be ambitious and have that extra spark about you that makes you stand out as exceptional.

After solution providers. A person who understands the businesses they deal with and looks at ways of selling that are to the benefit of both parties, generating loyalty from the retailers and merchants; and strong sales profits for the retailers, merchants and the Company.

Do you live in the right area?

The role covers East Anglia and Essex.

Does the package meet your requirements?

Basic salary is flexible for the right person. So, don't let it put you off applying if the ballpark figure of £40-45,000 is not quite where you need it to be.

There is a bonus on top, which depends on performance. This could be up to £20,000; but more likely to be about £10,000 in year 1.

They provide an associated package that is better than most in the sector, in terms of the fully expensed Company Car provided; a better than standard pension; health insurance; life assurance. Plus of course the usual items such as phone, laptop, pad, etc.
