Job Role
Internal Account Manager role calling on Kitchen Showrooms and Retailers
Get involved with digital marketing - Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin - market products
Calling over the phone to lots of either dormant accounts or micro spending accounts
Will be a database of circa 870 accounts (470 micro accounts - spending less than £10k a year and 400 other accounts that haven't spent anything in the last 12 months)
470 Micro accounts - spending less than £10k a year, they need more attention, really get under the skin of them, find out why they are only spending that amount, talk about other ranges they do and expand the business
400 Other accounts - accounts that haven't bought anything in the last 12 months, so will need to rebuild relationships
Also potentially calling on some contract business - spec's from Interior designers, regional housebuilders, developers
Deal with drop in's into the Showroom in Hampshire - show the product and talk about them (Can be up to 6-8 visits per week)
Following up on the 4-5 decent enquiries they get daily from their website
Create demand for the future over the phone and build them into spending accounts
Expansion role (Could turn into an external position within 1-2 years)

Person Background
Would look at anyone that has sold a product over the phone (telesales) - open on products
Could have worked in a Showroom, and want to work within the KBB Industry
Need to have a good telephone manner
Good relationship builder
Tenacious
Good communication skills and
Able to think outside the box, work off own initiative
Able to Cross sell products
