Customer Success Advisor - Finance Solutions

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9-5. No weekends.

This role would really suit a graduate (or someone with contact centre experience) looking to develop a career in business support!

The organisation is a market leader in their sector and have business partners across the UK

You'll be working as part of a team that endeavours to provide excellent customer service via phone and email; you'll be providing support at every opportunity throughout the customer journey.

Answering incoming calls and queries from new and existing business customers.
You will be involved in a wide variety of tasks from dealing with account queries, opening new accounts, maintenance of accounts, checking and validating information and building effective customer relations.
You will also follow up with other suppliers to clarify and obtain further information on behalf of and regarding customers
Liaising with other internal teams to ensure the customer journey is seamless

Required skills & experience:

Good communication skills over the phone and via email

Confident and motivated individual. Someone who will ensure customers feel valued and will endeavour to provide a world class customer experience

Completed work to a high standards and has excellent attention to detail

Ability to interpret financial information and convey this to the customer to answer any queries

Ability to use own initiative and proactively prioritise a varied workload

Knowledge of the finance industry is beneficial but not essential as full training will be given in the role.

Salary: up to £21,000 depending on experience

+ extended benefits package including private insurance, pension

+ free parking
