Internal Sales Account Manager - Automotive Finance - South Birmingham

Commutable from: Central Birmingham, Sparkhill, Solihull, Marston Green, Shirley Coventry, Redditch and surrounding areas.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am -5pm (no weekends!)

Working for the motor finance division of a UK bank which supplies a range of finance packages for new and used car buyers via a nationwide network of car dealers and finance brokers.

This is a great opportunity to join a motivated, high energy team of internal sales professionals and develop a career in motor finance sales with one of the UK's leading banks.

Responsibilities:

Regular contact with business customers - car dealers and finance brokers - in order to provide support and training on products and systems supplied.

Provide support and complete administrative duties on behalf of the external based regional sales team.

New business lead generation and appointment setting.

Required skills & experience:

Essential:

At least 1 year sales experience (business to business)

Experience working in financial services or similar regulated working environment.

Good communication skills over the phone and via email

Confident and engaging individual who will ensure customers feel valued and will endeavour to provide a world class customer experience

High standards, good attention to detail with a passion for sales and developing new business.

Desirable:

Motor experience would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.

On target earnings £31,000+

Basic salary up to £25,000
