Basic salary £45-48,000; OTE £13,000-15,000+

Role:
Expansion position. Selling the company's full range of façade and cladding products for use in commercial and residential specification projects.
Selling to Architects, Designers, Developers, Contractors for Spec with High Rise Developments, Hotels, Offices, Industrial, Leisure.
Selling cradle to grave, winning the spec and managing the project through to completion - ensuring specifications are maintained and breaking competitor specs at every opportunity.
Collaborative working with internal stakeholders in the UK and abroad.

Person:
Sales focussed - with 2-3 years+ Facades/Cladding experience; no need to be overly technical but still with enough gravitas and confidence on facades.
Experience of selling Facades and Cladding via Specification to Architects, Designers, Developers, Contractors, etc.
Attitude is key - driven, tenacious, ambitious, assertive, optimistic, enthusiastic, honest and reliable.
Can work collaboratively with the team in the UK who are all looking at Façade projects as part of what they do and with head office technical support.
Someone who can sell on quality, service and product specs; not price (as the product isn't cheap).
Someone who prioritises customer care, who is always trying to do the best for the customer.
Figures and goals driven sales person who can work to sales targets; ideally worked to KPIs before. But not someone who is purely sales target and financially driven to the detriment of the others.
Good level of IT skills, ideally with MS Office skills and CRM system experience.
Ability to build value-based relationships with customers.
Strong admin skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated and enthusiastic to learn.
Strong presentation skills.
