Do you have experience of selling Commercial or Residential Interiors, Kitchens, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Tiles, Facades or other Construction products?

After solution providers. A person who understands the businesses they deal with and looks at ways of selling that are to the benefit of both parties, generating loyalty from the retailers and merchants; and strong sales profits for the retailers, merchants and the Company.

The person who gets this role should have the potential to progress within the Company in a few years' time, so you need to be ambitious and have that extra spark about you that makes you stand out as exceptional!
You should have knowledge of the construction industry, excellent interpersonal skills and a good level of IT skills, with MS Office skills and CRM system experience. Strong Administrative skills and exceptional Communication Skill both Verbal and Written are also essential.
The role is leading and managing a team of field sales and internal people. It involves Operational and Sales aspects; including managing key accounts alongside the field sales team and having full P&L responsibility for your region.


Managing, motivating and supporting the field sales team in identifying and evaluating business opportunities.
Define the strategies, priorities and frameworks (commercial, promotional activity, marketing, management, reporting, etc.)

The role covers London, Essex, Kent, East Sussex and surrounds.

Does the package meet your requirements?
Basic salary is flexible for the right person. So, don't let it put you off applying if the ballpark figure of £50-55,000 is not quite where you need it to be.
There is a bonus on top, which will be £15-17,000+ in year 1; and they provide an associated package including Company Car, Mobile, Laptop, iPad, Pension, etc.
