Showroom Manager - Bathrooms - Leeds

The Package
£35,000 - £40,000 basic
C. 10k OTE (X3 Monthly Salary)

The Role
To lead and grow the Company's newly opened showroom, by providing excellent customer service, guiding customer through the company's extensive range of products within the showroom
Responsible for managing the staff on a daily basis, including completing 1-2-1's
All duties as required by the business which could include;
Product advice,
Providing design ideas,
Raising quotations,
Dealing with telephone queries,
Problem solving,
Taking payment on orders,
Booking deliveries,
Providing technical advice,
Sales aftercare,
Staff management,
Business development
And more as required.

The Person
The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated
They will work hard, setting the standard they expect their team to follow.
They will have at least 3+ years of relevant experience - Bathrooms focused sales
Ideally, you'll have experience designing high end bathrooms
