Automotive Manufacturer - Dealer Development Manager - F&I

South UK

The Client

Market-Leading, international corporate organisation that provides F&I solutions; underwriting and marketing expertise to Automotive Manufacturers and their subsidiaries in the UK.

The Role

Consultancy Based Role; involving performance reviews of nominated franchise dealer sites.

Account Manager will be responsible for a comprehensive review of all processes within the dealership site, analysing performance and processes and then reporting back and implementing procedures/processes to improve performance.

The Candidate

Ideally living in the RG, OX, HP,SL, LU, AL, MK area

Must have a good understanding of F&I products within a franchised dealership

Someone with field based experience is essential (1yr minimum). Due to the scale of the territory being covered, candidate would be expected to plan and organize themselves effectively.

Must not be averse to travel. Will be covering the South and must be flexible enough to spend occasional nights away from home.

Package Details:

Basic Salary up to £35,000 with £7,500 annual bonus (paid quarterly and based on performance and profitability on the dealer sites)
