Automotive Manufacturer Representative
Dealer Development Manager
Midlands (Birmingham, Coventry, Warwickshire, Leicestershire and surrounding areas)
Key Responsibilities
The programme is designed to improve profitability of franchised dealers in the territory
You will work closely with dealer senior management teams to identify opportunities for growth and development. This is a highly analytical role where you will analyse dealer performance; identify key areas for improvement and agree strategies to enhance product sales and launch new initiatives across the sites.
You will lead process changes and develop training and development programmes
You will also be responsible for the development of individuals within dealerships, demonstrating strong sales process skills for F&I products across all levels within a dealership
You will agree objectives, create action plans and look to enhance existing skills through coaching.
Skills
Experience with motor F&I products - e.g a franchised dealership based background at business manager level or above.
At least 12 months experience working remotely/field based
Strong sales experience and understanding of the sales process either in finance or related automotive products.
