The Client

Market-Leading, international corporate organisation that provides F&I solutions; underwriting and marketing expertise to Automotive Manufacturers and their subsidiaries in the UK.

The Role

As a manufacturer representative you'll be providing training and best practise consultancy within franchised dealer sites.

You'll devise training and development plans on a regional and site by site basis in order to improve group wide sales performance

Conducting group wide presentations and training sessions as well as 121 coaching sessions with individuals in group.

The Candidate

Based within the southern half of the UK (South of Derby)

Experience with automotive insurance products; dealership based background ideally. (Business Manager minimum)

Engaging and confident trainer

Good analytical skills; strategically minded with the ability to forward plan.

Ability to work remotely and manage your own diary effectively - previous field based experience is not essential though.

The Reward

Basic salary up to £35,000 + bonus
