Regional Manager - South UK (south of Birmingham)
The Client
Our client is one of the UK's most established and dynamic finance houses; not only have they operated in the sector for over half a century they are consistently innovating new ways to add value to their service.
The company has a keen focus on service through dealers, the company believe a high level of customer service in dealers will retain the business and ensure success.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a team of Area Sales Managers who are based across the South of the UK.
Your team will be selling prime motor finance products to franchised and approved used car dealers.
The Candidate
Requirements:
Living in the Southern half of the UK you will be a strong manager of sales people; a leader and motivator of people.
You will have Automotive OR Banking sector experience.
You need to be a dynamic and forward thinking personality, someone who can improve the team by being their manager and can lead them to consistent over target performances.
Ideally you will have:
Prime Motor Finance experience.
Management of field sales people.
Experience of selling to a franchised car dealer customer base.
The Reward
Basic Salary £50-60,000
OTE +£15-20,000
+ holidays, laptop, mobile, pension, healthcare.
