Attractive uncapped commission structure - Top performers are earning £65,000+

Realistic on target earnings are c£55,000

The Role

Home based position - You will be responsible for managing your own designated territory covering parts of Devon, Somerset and Dorset.

Representative of the company brand and finance products within the automotive market place.

Primarily you will be targeting and securing business with dealerships as well as retaining the business and managing the relationship moving forward.

There is a lot of potential in this area to push for new business and make a name for yourself in the Automotive Finance market place with an established organisation.

The Person

Must be based in close proximity of the M5, ideally Exeter - Taunton.

Need to have the right personality; primarily looking for a passionate and energetic new business winner who has the ambition to succeed and develop their career in the industry.

You need to have proven ability to win business and retain client relationships at all levels.

Finance experience and/or field based experience is beneficial but not essential.

The training, support and development opportunities provided by this company is outstanding so really the key thing is personality and core skills rather than experience.

In this role you will be joining a high energy and top performing team who work to support each other. I'm looking for someone who is a team player but has the ability to work autonomously and achieve their own targets as well.
