Responsibilities:

Managing the Country operations for France
Managing a field sales team and dealing directly with larger national account customers.
Customer base consists of Kitchen Channel Retailers, Electrical Retailers, Kitchen Specialists, Buying Groups and various National Accounts.
Products are major appliances for the domestic and commercial market places.

Ideal Candidate:

Ideally living within travelling distance of Paris - However, as travel is not frequent., anywhere in France will be considered.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years' or more experience of managing a sales team

Strong negotiation, decision making and relationship building skills.

A proven new business winner within National Accounts/Kitchen Retailers/Buying Groups

Strong analytical skills.

High degree of competency in the use of Excel, Word and Power Point.

Must be a highly motivated, with a "can-do" attitude and be able to work under pressure within tight deadlines.

Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel both internally and externally.

Persuasive with strong and convincing presentation skills.

Well organised with the ability to produce relevant documentation including - customer reports, business Forecasts, sales budgets and business plans.

Remains results orientated at all times.

Understands the philosophy of managing premium brands.
