The Role
Managing and controlling the profitable development of retailers within their designated sales region.
Assisting the retailers within their region to achieve their agreed targets.
Ensuring the Approved Used Vehicle programme standards are adhered to.
This is all achieved by conducting regular visits to the retailers, reviewing performance, agreeing objectives and documenting actions within improvement plan and follow-ups.

The Candidate
Personality, self-motivation and drive is the most important. Memorable to a dealer. The right motivation.
Someone with STRONG organisational skills, who can study and analyse reports, with an analytical mind.
Need to able to think on their feet, problem solve effectively, use best practise from other dealers and get the most out of the franchises.
Capable of understanding, interpreting and summarising management accounts.
Able to arrange and conduct meetings with retailers and negotiate agreed targets.
If has Motor trade experience will consider - BM / Used Car Sales Manager / GM / DP - from franchised dealerships.
Ideally with Field Sales experience, but not essential.
Ideally with a good understanding of manufacturer approved used car programmes.

The Reward
Basic £35k per annum, plus £7k bonus
25-30 days holiday + statutory bank holidays + bonus holidays
