Area Sales Manager - Kitchens to Retailers and Merchants

Area
Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Oxfordshire - will consider candidates within 30 minutes drive of patch.

Role
Selling this manufacturer's well known and well-respected range of high end Kitchens.
Selling to retailers, merchants, showrooms and studios.
Mix of account management and new business.
Understanding owner operated businesses and what they need to succeed.
Advising on displays and sales techniques.

Person
Personality is key - someone with hunger, desire to succeed, ambition, a sales focus to all that they do (but strong on administration too).
Must have sold to KBB retailers, merchants, showrooms or studios.
The person must have likeability, be outgoing and presentable, as you are the image of the Company.
A customer centric attitude and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
It is essential that you listen to the customer, understand their requirement and sell to the need.

Package
Basic salary £35-45,000 (dependent on person and experience)
OTE c.£55-65,000
Company car, Pension, Health and life Insurance, mobile and laptop
