The position

Responsible for day to day running of the production department

Responsible for championing companies ethos - customer first

Responsible for all aspects of Health & Safety

Will be responsible for all aspects of delivery quality and performance

Responsible for all employees' training, disciplinary procedures, attendance records, quality of work

The person

The successful candidate will be educated to a minimum of 'A-Level'

The successful candidate will be Preferably from a heavy side or steel works environment.

Ideally, they will also be experienced in Health and safety (with IOSH or NEBOSH qualification a preference)

Good level of HR experience

A demonstrable experience in method and efficiency improvement.

Must be Living within 30 minutes' drive of NG postcodes.

Must have previous man management experience

Must have the ability work independently and as part of a team.

Must have a full UK driving licence
