Working for a well-established market leading manufacturer in their sector, selling a range of Bathroom and Plumbing products.
Managing independent merchant buying groups as key accounts at head office level.
UK Wide, but day to day focus on North and Midlands, as also managing buying group members in that area.
Directly man managing an ASM in the south of the UK.
Responsible the for strategy and development of the sector, appropriate reporting and increasing the profit and turnover; meeting the key account sales targets.
Working closely with the marketing department.
Devising business plans.

Must have experience of managing independent merchant buying groups as key accounts at head office level
Ideally with Bathrooms and Plumbing Sector experience.
Ideally with some man management experience.
Ideally located in the Midlands or North of England.
Must have strong organisational skills; able to plan and strategize.
Ability to negotiate to a high level and as such strong in financial negotiations and assuring profit margins are retained and overall profits increased - results oriented.
Strong communicator and influencer.
Customer focussed.
