Senior Business Developer - Finance

The Role
New business focused.
Office based with occasional client visits.
Working alongside the marketing team on targeted sector campaigns
'Warm' cold calling of clients.
Selling a financial solution into a specific sector
On boarding new accounts, explaining USPs, etc.
Part of a team, but you are the senior in that team.

The Person
Senior role - as looking for someone who can achieve promotion in 2 years or so.
Someone who can deputise for the manager and has that team leader ability, someone who can be coached and mentored into that role.
Someone who is likable immediately and who can gain trust immediately.
Need some finance background, even if historical, so long as they can pick up the current finance language quickly.
More about the person quality and how smart they are and how good they are at new business activity.
