Area Sales Manager - Specification Sales

Area: North, East, South and West Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk - looking for someone ideally based around Yorkshire

Package on offer:

Basic salary c. £45,000

OTE uncapped

A UK industry leading supplier of commercial interiors, with a wealth of experience within Architectural and Specification market

Role:

Selling the company's full range of Tiles and related products

Selling to Architects, Designers and Contractors

Selling cradle to grave role

Presenting CPD's

Build relationships with key decision makers in the specification sector, keeping them updated about products

Increase brand awareness and demand with effective positioning, marketing, product education, and enhancing the products competitive differentiation

Prepare specific reports including pipeline and forecast

Participate in marketing events such as exhibitions, seminars and customer events

Person:

Experience of selling to Architects and Designers

Not looking for a hard sales person, soft sell - more of a consultative position (don't expect a quick win)

Must have experience selling High End, design led products

Good level of IT skills, ideally with MS Office skills and CRM system experience

Ability to build value-based relationships with customers

Strong Administrative Skills

Excellent Interpersonal Skills

Exceptional Communication Skill both Verbal and Written

Strong Presentation Skills
