Specification Sales Manager

Area: North West, down to Birmingham

Package on offer:

Basic salary c. £35,000 - £42,000 (depending on experience)

OTE uncapped - c. £6,000 - £10,000

Over 50 years' experience in distribution

Role:

Selling the company's full range of Tile and related products

Selling to Architects, Designers mainly, as well as Builders and Developers for Commercial Specification Projects

Selling cradle to grave, winning the spec and managing the project through to completion - ensuring specifications are maintained

Build relationships with key decision makers in the specification sector, keeping them updated about products

Increase brand awareness and demand with effective positioning, marketing, product education, and enhancing the products competitive differentiation

Participate in marketing events such as exhibitions, seminars and customer events

Person:

Experience of selling to Architects and Interior Designers

Experience of maintaining and breaking competitor specs

Someone hungry, someone willing to drive growth in the territory

Good level of IT skills, ideally with MS Office skills and CRM system experience

Ability to build value-based relationships with customers

Strong Administrative Skills

Excellent Interpersonal Skills

Exceptional Communication Skill both Verbal and Written

Strong Presentation Skills
