REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - SOUTH
HIGH END APPLIANCES
Salary up to £43,000
OTE up to £51,500
Company car or allowance, Pension, etc
Selling high end, market leading and brand leading appliances from this manufacturer.
Selling to the independent retail sector - electrical buying group members (electrical retailers) and kitchen retailers.
Covering the South region - M4 corridor down to the coast.
Building and maintaining the existing long-term business relationships.
Developing new relationships.
To work closely with and maximise sales performance with the independent retailers to develop sales across all brands.
Capable of taking responsibility for all aspects of account handling, identifying training needs, monitoring reporting.
To devise and implement business plans with designated accounts in line with business strategy.
Develop a full understanding of the relevant sector and identify key opportunities to improve sales/business relationships both internally and externally.
Capable of continuously improving sales through the generation, collation and communication within market intelligence.
Capable of managing time and priorities in effective, including cost effective, territory management.
Essential Requirements for Candidates
Proven track record of sales development, preferably in the electrical retail sector.
Strong analytical skills.
Skilled in Microsoft Office packages.
Self-motivated, team player.
A "can do" attitude and able to work under pressure/to deadlines.
Must be well organised.
Can put together account reports and business plans on time every time.
