NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - APPLIANCES
Basic salary £50-55,000
Company Car or Car Allowance options
Targeting new National Account business; looking to develop relationships with 3 specific target accounts.
Plus build business within specified named existing National Accounts, at Head Office level, through development of strong, collaborative customer relationships.
Create and implement individual business plans with designated customers in line with the overall business strategy.
Identify market and customer needs, helping the accounts maximise the potential of the opportunities to develop their business.
Delivery of Pricing, Distribution, Merchandising, Promotions and Profitability.
Be the best at Creating breakthrough plans and be the best at Selling our plans
Ideally living in the Central belt of the UK - from Leeds/Manchester down to London/Bristol.
Demonstrates strong negotiation, decision making and relationship building skills.
A proven new business winner within National Accounts.
Strong analytical skills.
Must be a highly motivated, team player with a "can-do" attitude and be able to work under pressure within tight deadlines.
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
Persuasive with strong and convincing presentation skills.
Able to produce documentation including - customer reports, business forecasts, sales budgets and business plans.
Be an expert when it comes to product knowledge.
Authority on market trends and data.
Remains results orientated at all times.
Understands the philosophy of managing premium brands.
Someone hungry, ambitious and dynamic.
Open on products. More about a good, strong, high quality NAM with the relevant customers that can win new business.
