Area Sales Manager, Bathrooms, Northern Ireland

Covering the BT postcodes, ideally want someone who is on or very near the patch.

Are you right for the role and is the role right for you?
You will need to have good B2B field sales experience.
This role requires someone who is already a proven salesperson, someone who knows how to think around problems, find the positives in any situation and always strives to achieve the best performance in a team.
You will be a money motivated, proven performer, who often ends up as the top salesperson in your team.
Ideally you have experience of selling into KBB retailers or Builders Merchants or Plumbers Merchants. But this is not essential, they will consider any B2B field sales background with strong sales performance, as they can train on products.
Important to get the right person, someone with the right attitude to increasing sales and with good stability.

Does the package meet your requirements?
Basic salary is flexible for the right person - up to £50,000 max.
There is a bonus on top, which depends on performance. This could be another c. £50,000+ but 1st year OTE is realistically +£10-15,000
They provide a Company Car, pension, phone, laptop, tablet, etc.
