Are you right for the role?
You will have experience of selling to Architects and Designers in Scotland and have been involved in the full project cycle, winning the specification and following the project through to completion.
You will have sold product on how it looks, how it can be applied and work for the scheme, a product that is design led.
Attitude is key - you should be driven, tenacious, ambitious, assertive; honest and reliable; optimistic and enthusiastic; motivated to work for the Company and give it your all.
You should be someone whose strategy is selling quality, service and product specification, not be price driven.
You should have strong IT skills, with MS Office skills and ideally CRM system experience.

Is the role right for you?
You will be selling a full range of design led products for interior and exterior use in commercial specification projects.
Applications include flooring, work surfaces, sinks, shower trays, cladding, facades and more.
The Company has shown consistent year on year sales and profit growth in addition to a continual commitment to reinvest profits into the Company. Importantly they have consistently demonstrated excellent marketing and PR strategies, coupled with R&D investment to ensure regular product / new range launches.
You will be selling to Architects, Designers, Developers and Contractors for High Rise, Hotels, Offices, Industrial, Leisure, etc. Winning the specification and staying involved in the project through to completion - ensuring your specifications are maintained and breaking competitor specs when possible.
A typical week will be 4 days selling and managing projects, generating activity, etc.; with 1 admin day.

How about the package?
Basic salary £45,000-48,000, but potentially can push a little, with an OTE of £60,000-65,000 but not capped at this, you can earn more.
