Showroom Manager - KBB
South West London, new/expansion position

Are you right for the role?
You will have people management and showroom management experience.
You must have sold high end bathrooms and have dealt with Architects, Designers and Contractors.

Is the role right for you?
You will be based from the showroom in South West London, managing all day-to-day aspects of the showroom.
You will carry a personal target for sales of high-end bathrooms to A&D and Contractors, as well as being involved in managing staff and assuring they hit their sales targets.
The role involves responsibility for setting and meeting KPIs, ensuring Health & Safety standards are met, general showroom standards, contributing ideas to better the showroom, and continued self and staff improvement via training and development.

Is the package suitable?
Basic salary of up to £50,000
