House Builder Sales Manager - Tiles
Covering the South of England: to include South West England, M4 corridor, South Central, South London and Southern Home Counties.
They are looking for someone living on the area covered or near to it and happy to cover it.

Are you right for the role?
Have you got strong experience of selling to National and Regional House Builders and Developers? At least 5 years' experience is preferred.
If so, and you have sold KBBT or Interiors products to this House Builder market place, you should definitely consider applying.

Is the role right for you?
You will be selling Ceramic & Porcelain Tiles to Regional and National House Builders, Developers, Contractors, and associated Sub-Contractors, Designers and Architects.
Working for a high end exclusive brand.
Initially you will spend about 40% of your time managing existing relationships and 60% looking for new business. This patch is historically a strong sales area for the company.
Target to be discussed but will be £1-1.5 million of sales turnover, plus margin targets.

How about the package?
Basic Salary will be £45-55,000 depending on experience
The commission structure will enable you to earn about £10-15,000 extra, on top of the Basic Salary.
Company car, Mobile, laptop, etc.
