Kitchen Sales Designer
Looking for candidates living in or near to locations such as: Slough, Gerrards Cross, High Wycombe, Beaconsfield, Marlow, Maidenhead, Uxbridge, Chalfont St Peter.

Are you right for the role?
Will consider experienced kitchen designers or trainee designers - anyone who has good design experience and an interest in a sales role, if not already experienced in sales.

For the trainee, they have previously been very successful taking on people with related degrees or qualifications in Design who have that sales edge to them, that positive personality.
For the experienced Kitchen Designer, you should be able to demonstrate the relevant knowledge, experience and sales performance.

You should have positive energy about you, be upbeat and have a want to learn, improve and always do better.

It is essential you are a good communicator within the team and with customers; well organised, personable, a rapport builder.

You will need a driving licence and access to your own car (there is onsite parking).

Is the role right for you?
This is an immediately available position.
The Company are growing and busy and you will be part of a team of 7 including this role. They operate very much as a team from the showroom, it is more a collaborative environment than a competitive one.

Based from the showroom and sometimes going out to projects in the local area.

During the process, make sure a high level of customer service is maintained, timescales are adhered to, double check everything to ensure no mistakes are made and try to up sell on items such as sinks, taps, appliances.

Communicate with the team - installers, project coordinators; and building rapport with customers to ensure repeat business and positive Company reputation.


And the Package?
Basic is dependent on experience.
For a trainee position they would look up to £21,000.
For an experience Kitchen Designer up to £25,000 and potentially more.
The commission is very realistic, as it is not solely based on your turnover (which gives an element of solidity to the extra earnings) and the showroom is doing consistently well with year on year increases. An experienced Sales Designer would realistically be looking at an extra £9,000 in year 1 and potentially £15,000 in year 2, depending on percentages.
