Is the role right for you?
The scheme is run in conjunction with for 3rd party provider who are a market-Leading, international corporate organisation that provides F&I solutions; underwriting and marketing expertise to Automotive Manufacturers and their subsidiaries in the UK.
Managing and controlling the profitable development of named manufacturer franchised automotive retailers within the designated sales region
Assisting the retailers within their region to achieve their agreed targets, with a focus on F&I performance.
Ensuring Franchised standards are adhered to.
This is all achieved by conducting regular visits to the retailers, reviewing performance, agreeing objectives and documenting actions with improvement plan and follow-ups.

Are you right for the role?
Must have a good understanding of how dealerships operate; franchised standards and products sold within the dealerships.

Therefore we would be looking to speak to candidates with either:
a) Franchised dealership background (Business Manager level / Retail Sales Manager / Used Car Sales Manager level etc - or above); or
b) Field sales/consultancy experience with automotive dealerships as the client base

Relationship Building - Must be able to build and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders.

Organisational skills - Able to manage own diary and effectively cover the territory

Analytical skills - Capable of understanding, interpreting and summarizing management accounts

Problem solving skills - Dynamic individual that can problem solve effectively, use best practise from other dealers and get the most out of the franchises

How about the package
Basic £35,000 basic per annum, plus bonus opportunity of £10,000, this role is Monday to Friday, with Bank Holidays off, PLUS (in 2021 for example) 35 days holiday - this is made up of 25 days plus 10 variable days - but it has been an extra 9 or 10 days holiday over the last few years.
Company car (on brand)
Pension 3î / 6%ER standard but matched up to 5î / 8%ER contribution.
Life Assurance
Private Medical for self, with option to self-fund partner and children.
