Installation Manager - Kitchens - North Yorkshire
Is the role right for you?
Responsible for controlling all aspects of kitchen installations on live sites.
Pre-start on-site meetings with the installation contractor.
Site surveys including checking service positions, photos, delivery access and confirming plots ready for installation.
Managing site plot call-offs, delivery and installations.
On-site delivery inspections and installation inspections.
Regular site visits and liaising with the site management and offering the specific client a high level of support.
Producing all field related reports for distribution to the contracts department.
The role is immediately available for the right candidate.
Are you right for the role?
You should have experience in Contract/Installation Management, or branch management experience in a trade setting and deal with Kitchens, Bedrooms or Bathrooms.
You should have experience of dealing with the regional or national multi-site House Builder / Contractor / Developer marketplace.
You will ideally live in the North Yorkshire area
All 4 of the above are absolute requirements in a suitable applicant.

The role is field based, so requires you to have a full UK driving licence.
You need to have an understanding of CAD plans, measuring, installation, site procedures and requirements.
Plus be able to use Word, Excel and Outlook on a daily basis; and CRM databases - via mobile access.
