Customer Care Manager - Edinburgh

A market leading manufacturer are looking for someone to join their customer care team. The role is field based and covers the central region. It will suit someone from a branch background looking to get into customer care/field based position.

Responsibilities
The role involves looking after occupied properties and managing a self-employed fitters carry out Remedial work.
Managing a team of fitters
Coordinating a team
Ensuring a high quality of service
Manage and resolve installation and product issues
Review service with customer base
Administrative duties
Ensure performance targets are met

Are you right for the role
You will ideally have a background in kitchens or bathroom furniture/bedrooms
You will have customer facing experience
Ideally you will have experience coordinating fitting teams
You will have some supervisory experience, i.e. a showroom or branch manager
