Business Development and Multi-Showroom Manager

Are you right for the role?
This role is looking for a unique blend of person with the right attitude.
You will be outgoing, with a hunter type mentality for the BDM side of the role on the road - not afraid of getting in there and doing it - someone who can deliver on what they say.
Equally you must have proven business management and man management ability, with a level head, as you're managing kitchen sales designers and running showrooms.
You must have Kitchen Sales experience.
Kitchen Design experience could be useful but not essential.

Is the role right for you?
Developing business for the showrooms - this role is there to ensure that growth happens.
The role will be hands on selling and managing the showrooms and the sales people.
You will be going out and bringing in business - looking at one offs, extensions, etc. Any individual building plots and sites you see.
Attending breakfast meeting and clubs.
The role will be based from one of the showrooms if you are not out generating opportunities.

How about the package?
Basic salary will be £28-35,000 depending on the person
OTE c.£40,000
Happy to discuss details and after the right person foremostly.
Vehicle allowance or van provided.
