Contract Sales Manager
Location: Northern Home Counties + East Anglia + Northants

The Role
This is a newly created role, as part of the Company's planned expansion in the UK.
Responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing for assigned house builder accounts in the region. Actively developing new business from current and prospective house builders.
Working with a strong product portfolio, securing contracts, and create value for national and regional house builders.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales within a given territory into the new home construction market.
Develop, establish, & grow relationships with all targeted & assigned accounts by cold calling, scheduling appointments, and meeting with potential & existing builders, their purchasing agents, designer and sales teams in order to secure long term business relationships.
Establish builder profiles, key contacts, decision makers and prioritize activities to grow, defend or recapture their businesses using the company CRM. Utilize the CRM to document activity and account progress.
Secure contracts for both standard specifications and upgrades.

The Person
Experience of working for a manufacturer selling a design led product within the KBB, Interiors or Construction sector.
Experience of specifying a product with national and regional house builders based on design requirements and on technical specifications.
3+ years' experience of selling to the new home building industry at regional or head office level.
Valid Driver's License.


Package
Basic salary £40,000-45,000 + OTE of £12,000-13,000 (can earn over this)
