National Sales Manager, 100% out on the road

Managing team of 3 field sales and looking to grow that into 2019

Will have own target and need to do from own contacts. So needs to be a sales person as well as a manager and leading from the front

Background:

Prioritise Kitchens and related industry experience - Furniture, Sinks, Worktops, Components, MDAs.

However, will consider other backgrounds such as Bathrooms and Tiles - as long as dealing with the Kitchen Retailers.

Will consider experienced man managers and those looking for the next step up, if right quality of person

The person needs to be right!

Package:

Flexibility on salary - £45-55k bracket ideally but may be able to go a little higher

OTE +£25-30k
