Specification Sales Manager - National

Area: London focussed, major cities coverage

Package on offer:

Basic salary to £50k-60k

plus Bonus scheme

Part of a larger parent company with a T/o of £500million+

Area:

National Role - but ideally South East based - but would look between South East and Manchester/Leeds - Role will mostly revolve around major cities - London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, etc.

Role:

Selling the company's full range of interior products for use in commercial specification projects

Calling on Architects and Designers - for Specification for use within High End Residential or Hotels, or Interior Fit Out - Glass partitions, etc.

Build relationships with key decision makers in the specification sector

Increase brand awareness and demand with effective positioning, marketing, product education, and enhancing the products competitive differentiation

They prefer to work on smaller projects that are on Higher Margins, instead of Bigger Projects on Lower Margins.

Able to do CPD Presentations.

Mostly new business, but they have a database of A&D Contacts, etc.

Person:

Open on product - as long as it is a Commercial Interior product - Work surfaces, Flooring, Kitchen, Bathroom, etc.

Experience of selling to Architects, Interior Designers, Also dealing with High End Housebuilders / Developers / Hotels

Experience of maintaining and breaking competitor specs

Attitude is key - driven, tenacious, ambitious and assertive

Honest and reliable. Optimistic and enthusiastic attitude. Motivated to work for the Company

Figures and goals driven sales person who can work to sales targets

Good level of IT skills, ideally with MS Office skills and CRM system experience.

Ability to build value-based relationships with customers

Exceptional Communication Skill both Verbal and Written
