Performance Development Manager - Automotive Manufacturer Programme

Working closely with Automotive Manufacturers and their subsidiaries in the UK.

The Role
Performance reviews of franchise dealer sites requiring F&I development.
Troubleshooting and developing the established franchised network for this manufacturer.
Responsible for a comprehensive review of all processes within the nominated dealership sites, analysing performance and processes and then reporting back and implementing procedures/processes to improve performance.
Carrying out a 3-month consultancy programme with named dealer sites.

The Candidate
Someone who understands the franchised dealer network and the ins and outs of how a franchised dealership works.
Ideally with experience of having worked within a franchised dealership at Business Manager level as a minimum.
Analytically + strategically minded
Confidence and gravitas to deal with senior level management in the motor trade.

The Reward
Basic Salary c.£35,000
