The Role:
Managing, running and owning your area.
Selling the Company's full range of commercial interior products.
Commercial Specification sales, dealing with the likes of Contractors, Architects, Designers, FM, Local Authorities and other specifiers.


For use in the following sector projects (for example):
Education Healthcare Government buildings/ Public buildings
Retail End Users Sport & Leisure, Gymnasiums Private Commercial Buildings (offices)

Background:
Personality is key - looking for someone who is driven, motivated and dynamic.
Someone with an entrepreneurial spirit but who can back this up by being organised, strong on administration.
Someone who can talk to customers about growing their business by working with the Company. Importantly, doing this by truly understand their customers' market places and providing tangible means/method of a mutually beneficial working relationship. Sustaining what they are saying with facts.

The person needs experience with Main Contractors or Flooring Contractors, Architects, Designers or Distributors.
Wants someone who is used to working for a Company, with consistent corporate employment experience in commercial specification sales. Self-employed or previous business owners would not be of interest.
