Specification Sales Manager - South East
Area: focus on London + Greater London
Package on offer:
Basic salary c.£45,000 (may pay up to maximum £50,000)
Company Car, Mobile, Laptop, iPad, Pension, Private Health care, etc.
Working for a UK based Manufacturer and Distributor
Selling the company's full range of decorative surface products for use in commercial specification projects
Selling to Architects, Designers for Commercial Spec with Hotels, Schools and/or Large High Street Retailers and Supermarkets
Selling cradle to grave, winning the spec and managing the project through to completion - ensuring specifications are maintained
Build relationships with key decision makers in the specification sector, keeping them updated about products
Increase brand awareness and demand with effective positioning, marketing, product education, and enhancing the products competitive differentiation
Participate in marketing events such as exhibitions, seminars and customer events
New position within the Company
Experience of selling to Architects and Interior Designers
Experience of selling cradle to grave, winning the spec and managing the project through to completion
Experience of maintaining and breaking competitor specs
Honest and reliable, with an enthusiastic attitude
Someone who prioritises customer care, who is always trying to do the best for the customer
Good level of IT skills, ideally with MS Office skills and CRM system experience
Ability to build value-based relationships with customers
Strong Administrative Skills
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Exceptional Communication Skill both Verbal and Written
Strong Presentation Skills
